Find the config file inside the folder of your current world and there should be an option to blacklist blocks.

Make sure you have Java Development Kit 8u100+ (Download here) (Not Java Runtime Environment; You will be able to play Minecraft 1.12 with Railcraft.

Why would you want to play with this mod:Edit When properly built, it will create a large 3x3x3 block cube which is a single entity. Tracks and Powered Tracks function just the way they do in vanilla Minecraft, albeit with different recipes. Holding Tracks are recommended for loading and unloading carts automatically.
